Great to have you here! We are increasingly receiving practical questions on how to tackle the following challenge: “It’s not so easy to properly monitor athletes’ warning signals – especially in an environment with many athletes, limited coaching capacity, and shifting team compositions.”
That’s why we are introducing the new Physio Module – your practical partner in injury prevention.
Take, for example, a rugby academy with 80+ youth players spread across multiple teams, where players often move up or switch for matches. Head coaches and volunteer coaches are already stretched thin and have limited time for each individual, making it a daily challenge to track workload and recovery.
With this module, athletes independently complete a short digital check-in, where they report on their sleep, fatigue, and any complaints (RPE scores). The data is automatically processed into a central status board with color codes (green, yellow, red), showing current readiness per team and per individual. This way, coaches, physios, and trainers gain instant insight into potential risks – even for players who have just moved from another team.
Through this smart, shared monitoring, your support staff works as one unit, preventing signals from slipping through the cracks and ensuring that every player – regardless of team or level – gets the right attention at the right time.
Immediate insight into the physical load and recovery status of each athlete
A way for athletes to share their efforts and complaints themselves
Easy collaboration with coaches through integrated data exchange
Efficient planning and follow-up of exercises and treatments
