Glad you’re here! Flow Meter is a digital tool that allows athletes to independently gain insight into their rhythm, energy, and focus. After each training, players briefly indicate how they feel – from fatigue and sleep to mental focus and physical capacity. The goal: for every athlete to learn to recognize their own state, reflect on performance, and consciously manage recovery and energy.

Performance Pressure

Everyone experiences it at some point – whether due to personal goals, team expectations, or external pressure. Performance pressure can cause stress and tension for athletes and reduce enjoyment in the sport. Flow addresses this: it is the state in which athletes are fully immersed in the activity, with focus, control, and enjoyment, allowing performance to come effortlessly. Flow Meter helps athletes independently gain insight into their rhythm, energy, and focus so they can consciously manage their personal flow and perform optimally, regardless of the pressure they experience.

Here’s how we help create an environment where enjoyment, growth, and performance go hand in hand:

  • For athletes: by completing short RPE check-ins independently, they gain conscious insight into their rhythm, energy, and focus. They learn to recognize when they are in their flow state – the mental and physical rhythm where deep focus, effortless execution, enjoyment, and control come together.

  • For coaches: the check-ins show how the team is feeling. This helps tailor training, balance effort and rest, and guide the team toward an optimal flow state.

  • For administrators: Flow Meter supports the creation of a professional check-in culture. Insight into team and individual data makes it possible to translate policy into concrete actions that enhance performance, enjoyment, and safety.

How does it work?

  1. Athletes independently complete a short RPE check-in after each training session (maximum 2 minutes).

  2. They reflect on rhythm, energy, and focus, and immediately gain insight into their own state.

  3. Coaches use a clear dashboard to see who needs extra guidance or one-on-one conversations.

  4. Administrators have an overview of the check-in culture and can support policy in a targeted way.

Together for Impact

The strength of Flow Meter lies in its simplicity: short, independent check-ins that make players aware of their rhythm and energy, while athletes and coaches gain a clear overview and maintain control.

By working together – athletes, coaches, and administrators – a sports climate emerges where enjoyment forms the foundation for growth and performance, and insights from Flow Meter facilitate professional development. That is the impact we stand for.
